Is this a shared shuttle or a private transfer?
All our transfers are private. Your vehicle is reserved exclusively for your party — no waiting for other passengers, no extra stops. You go straight from the airport to your hotel or vice versa.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all incoming flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust pickup time accordingly at no extra charge. Just make sure your flight number is included in your booking.
Where will my driver meet me at PUJ airport?
After clearing customs and exiting the terminal, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals area holding a sign with your name. If you have trouble finding them, call us at the number on your confirmation email and we'll connect you immediately.
Can I bring luggage and car seats?
