It was worth the money to have private transportation. The driver was hard to find once we got to the airport, but the airport staff were very helpful. Pickup from the hotel went a lot smoother.

Booked this after reading that other people didn't get stuck sharing a van, and that held true. Our driver found us right outside baggage claim, took the bags, and we were rolling to Dreams Cap Cana in a few minutes. Coming back he showed up ahead of schedule at the lobby. Would use again.

Driver found us fine and the van was cold and clean. Dropped straight at Occidental Caribe. Return pickup came about twenty minutes late which had me checking my phone a few times, but we made the flight.

Everything went exactly as they told us it would. The driver was at the airport with our name on a sign upon arrival. He picked us up at our hotel at the time and place stated to us on or departure day. It was easy and private as we were the only ones in the car each way.

Solid service both directions. Vehicle was clean and the AC worked hard. Only thing, our driver didn't speak much English and there was some back and forth about which Royalton entrance, but we sorted it out.

Second year in a row we've done this and it works. Landed a little late but the guy was still standing there waiting with our name on a sign. Van was clean, AC cranked, kids fell asleep before we hit Nickelodeon. Return pickup time came through by email while we were still at the pool.

Fine ride, no drama. Van showed up, we got to Secrets Tides in around 65 minutes. Would have liked a heads up text the morning of the return instead of just the email a week prior.

Booked this a month out and honestly forgot about it until the confirmation email landed. Guy was standing there with my name when we came through the doors, took the bags, and we were rolling. Private, no other stops, air on full. Return was the same driver which was a nice touch. Fair price for what you get, especially coming from a city where a cab to JFK costs more.

Punta Cana Tours was reliable and got us to our resort without any issues. The driver was friendly and knew the area well, pointing out some local spots along the way. The van was clean and air-conditioned, which was much appreciated in the heat. My only complaint is that we had to wait about 15 minutes past our scheduled pickup time at the airport, and the return trip felt a bit rushed. Overall, it was a decent experience and good value for the price. I'd book with them again, though I might call ahead next time to confirm timing

The driver was waiting for us with a when we landed, with a sign which made finding our ride so easy. The van was spotless and air conditioning was a welcome relief after our flight. He knew the roads well and got us to our resort in no time. The price was fair for a private transfer with no stops. Definitely booking with them again for our return trip to the airport. Excellent service. They were on time and also waited quite a while for us when we got held up at customs. We booked them 3 months out and they had us in the system and followed the schedule they gave us to a tee. No hiccups whatsoever. It was also nice how friendly the drivers were. Highly recommend Punta Cana Tours…especially since they were among the most reasonably priced options with top tier service. Oh, and they didn’t try to sell us anything during transportation. Very responsive when needed. Some hick-up on the pickup from the airport as I was not able to locate the driver with the sign. The way back from the hotel to the airport was flawless. I would recommend and do it all over again.

While we had a little difficulty finding our driver after one of our party had a delayed flight, it was easy to communicate with them over WhatsApp, and we eventually met up after about 10 minutes. Our driver to and from the hotel was nice, professional, and got us safely to our destination. I would recommend them to anyone seeking reliable transportation.

Excellent transport service to and from PUJ and resort. However, the van didn't have logos so it was a bit hard to find the driver.

My drivers to and from the airport were very nice and helpful. However, my driver from the airport to the resort drove a bit too fast and reckless for my liking, it seemed almost as if he was racing someone. My driver from the resort back to the airport was late by 45 minutes and I got to my flight minutes before boarding was done. Luckily, I needed a wheelchair at the airport and the guy pushing me was very fast and efficient! Both drivers were very nice and professional though!

We just returned from Punta Cana. Was a bit skeptical about transportation to our hotel 45 minutes from the airport... but did my research and for a super fare rate and incredible service, I would highly recommend Punta Cana tours. The airport was so busy and crowded but I found Johan holding a sign with my name on it.. and we packed up the van and we were out of the airport in less than 15 minutes. There were so many vendors, taxi, limo companies that I was able to walk by because Johan was waiting for us. He was professional, the ride was flawless and the price was the best I found between all of the companies. We had a party of 5 and the van was spacious, air conditioned and comfortable. At the end of our stay he pulled up right at 9AM on the dot and we had an easy return trip as well. It's a solid 1.5 hour process to get through passport control/ TSA etc, so definitely leave enough time. Punta Cana tours made it seamless and stress free. Thanks !

Prompt pick up, both ways. While the ride to and from the Airport feels like a carnival ride, its more a defensive driving issue.

This is a great group to work with!!! They greeted us at the airport and quickly told us about excursions…which we were interested in…it was cash only. so as we headed to the hotel we thought what did we do….turns out we made the right choice in booking through them as all our transfers were perfect and so was the excursion!! Ultimately, our rides to/from the airport/resort were successful. The drivers: friendly (very little conversation due to language barrier) & the vehicles were clean. Minor hiccups, though, that caused a bit of unnecessary stress. Arrival: Our VIP concierge was unable to locate the driver for our private transportation, which caused a half hour delay. The driver explained that he didn’t know where to pick up at the VIP area. One would hope the company would remain abreast of these things & communicate out to its drivers. Departure: Received WhatsApp message at 4:59am that our pick up time is 7:30am. I didn’t see this until after the pick up time because we had previously arranged our time as 10:30am so I had no reason to be awake or monitoring for this type of message. In fairness, they modified things because they were unable to locate my flight (it had changed). However, I had emailed them my updated flight information weeks earlier with the change & also communicated the correct information the evening before. Long story short: Minor things, but the end result was good.

We hired PCT for a transfer to Miches from the airport. Their driver, Michael, met us at the airport as promised and at the time that was scheduled. He even had a sign with my name on it. We rode in a nice dodge caravan on the 90 minute drive to Miches. Michael was a courteous driver and put my wife and I at ease. He told us about the area and explained some of the other services that PCT provides. I whole heartedly recommend Punta Cana Tours!

We traveled out to Macao Beach (beautiful, highly recommend) and we didn’t have a way back. I contacted Garry because he set up our airport transportation and asked could he possibly send someone to get us. Not only did he get us transportation, he also changed the time at the last min (we didn’t know the beach closed at 6 pm) and had someone there within 10 mins of me calling him. This wasn’t the only time he helped us out and accommodated our changes last min. Garry was amazing to work with and I’m so thankful I had him to call/text when needed. Upon arrival to Punta Cana airport, my group did not find the driver easily. After waiting 15 minutes outside with the rest of other companies, I had to ask someone to call up the company to find where the driver was. Once the driver arrived the rest of the transportation went ok to our resort. I was disappointed on lack of effort by the driver to be there for us on time and or/find us in the airport.

UPDATE: After writing the review below, Punta Cana Tours reached out to apologize and make things right. Their offer is reasonable and reflects a willingness to be better. I would give them a second chance the next time I visit Punta Cana. Started off great. Scheduled Transfer from airport to hotel and hotel to airport the day of arrival. We had a great driver that greeted us outside of arrivals with a sign in hand. He drove safe and got us to the hotel without issue. Tipped him well. Transfer from hotel to airport, not so great. Driver was 30 minutes late. We had to call to get status and were told it was a traffic delay. I can understand that that can happen, but contact me and let me know you’re on the way. Once the driver arrived, there was no explanation. I had even asked in Spanish. No apology. Nothing. There was traffic going to the airport and most of the time the driver was either texting or talking on the phone. At one point I had to tell him to put the phone down and drive as we were already late and his lack of attention almost caused us to miss a long light. He wasn’t even driving the speed limit. Just before we got to the airport the driver made a turn off of the route (alarming) and pulled off to the side of the road. Driver got out and a new driver got in and took us the rest of the way. Again, alarming. Cannot recommend Punta Cana Tours. Two stars because the return driver ruined the 5 stars earned by the first driver.

Terrific service! Our chauffeur Oscar was waiting for us when we arrived, and showed up 15 minutes before our scheduled pickup time to take us back to the airport. Nice comfortable van, the same price as we would have had to negotiate with a taxi service but all prepaid with no need to bargain or feel ripped off. If we come back to Punta Cana, we will absolutely use this service again for our local transportation!!

The vehicle was immaculate and air-conditioned, making our 30-minute journey to the Palladium resort comfortable. On our return trip, the driver was waiting at the exact agreed-upon time. Communication before the trip was excellent, and pricing was reasonable. The entire experience was hassle-free from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone needing reliable airport transportation in Punta Cana!

When my wife and I arrived at the Punta Cana, airport immediately after picking up our luggage ,a very courteous gentleman came up to me and asked if I was David. He took our luggage and we drove to our resort in a brand new SUV - no other passengers,a private transfer. After a wonderful vacation, we were met at our resort by another car right on time (as a matter of fact, he was 15 minutes early) and driven to the airport. No worries, no fretting, just great, friendly. on time service! I would use Punta Cana Tours again in a heartbeat!

You can't go wrong using this company! They are actually cheaper than the transfers we were offered and it was private transportation! When you are tired of traveling and you just want to get to your resort, this is what you want. The others make 20 stops at other hotels before you get to yours!

We booked a round trip before traveling to Punta Cana to lessen our burden once arriving, best decision to make. The airport can be overwhelming when arriving in PC, our driving met us our front with a sign, helped us get to his van, and off we went. We were at our hotel and by the pool before we knew it! On the return trip there was some confusion, my voucher had our pick up as 1:35pm however, the driver arrived at 10:30am. After explaining to him that we were still packing and didn't want to sit at the airport for 6 hours (they pick you up 3 hours before flight, much needed) he agreed to come back at 1:30pm after checking with his boss. At 1:30 he was back and full of smiles to take us back to the airport. They went above and beyond to make our transportation very satisfactory, thank you again!

The shopping tour was very good. It gave a brief overview of the main products produced in the Dominican Republic. The transportation was on time and worked well. We also booked our round trip airport transportation with Punta Cana Tours and it was also spot on. They were even concerned enough on our arrival to call to make sure we were not having difficulties getting through immigration. I would recommend PCT for your tour and transportation needs when you visit Punta Cana, DR.

I booked transport to and from Punta Cana airport to my resort for a recent stay. Prices were very affordable ($80 round trip for two of us) and we got a private shuttle which took us straight to and from our resort. For both ways the shuttle driver was early and pleasant. Definitely worth every penny!

This company was GREAT to work with for airport transportation. They showed up on time, had a professional sign with my name on it, were very helpful, and sent an email confirmation of my reservation. We loved our driver, Caesar,--he was super fun & gave great suggestions! My only suggestion is to add the "pick up time" to the confirmation email to give a little peace of mind.

Arriving in the Punta Cana airport can be a crazy experience. After a long day of travel, the last thing you want to worry about is catching a cab. Not to mention, there's plenty of horror stories out there about Punta Cana cab drivers overcharging tourists. They takes care of everything when it comes to your airport transportation. The prices are about the same you'd pay with a local cab service. The driver is courteous and always on-time. The transport van is clean, comfortable, air conditioned, and big enough to accommodate groups of 5-6 people. I have no complaints, and I would definitely recommend this incredibly convenient service to all Punta Cana travelers.

We used punta canan tours for their shuttle service from and to the airport from our resort. Easy to book and pay online ahead of time with great communication. It was a little difficult to find them but eventually did. The drivers didn't speak any English, but it was fine. Reason for the 4 stars instead of 5: One of our drivers drove really fast and we had a couple close calls with other vehicles which made is a bit nervous, but the other ride was fine. Nice to have a private air conditioned ride!

We used Punta Cana Tours for round trip shuttle service from and to Stanza Mare resort. We had 6 in our family and decided to use the private shuttle. Cost was reasonable compared to other options. From airport: We arrived early and expected to wait. There is total chaos at arrival terminal with all the busses, shuttles, and cabbies, not to mention the bellhops trying to help with your luggage for a tip. Driver was already waiting with a clean and comfortable air conditioned shuttle van. I mentioned when I booked we would like to stop at a grocery market enroute for some immediate foods and they mentioned they would allow a 20 minute stop. The driver stopped at the Super Pola and was very patient as it took us almost an hour figuring out exchange values of the products and waiting in grocery line. Expect to tip driver for his time--we hope he did not get in trouble for our overextention of allowed time. The driver went out of his way to even help carry luggage 3 stories up to our condo unit. Departure to airport: Received confirmation e-mail on pickup dates and times. Thank You and your staff for your flexibility with our family,you made it work for us to experience a good time in Punta Cana.

We used Punta Cana Tours for our transfer to Alsol and we were thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, courteous service, promptness, and friendliness of the staff. We were transported in a clean, spacious, and new vehicle. The experience started upon booking when I received a personal call from the office to offer support. I was so impressed, as mine was a last minute booking less than 24 hours before pick-up and it was no problem at all. Other services would not allow booking this close to pick-up. I made transfer arrangements using Punta Cana Tours from PUJ to Iberostar. I unfortunately made my arrival transfer for the wrong day. They told me that it wasn't a problem and picked us up with a few minutes! I'm forever grateful. They were so easy to deal with when I changed my pickup departure time as well. I used Punta Cana Tourss for our airport transfer to my hotel. I booked it couple of days before my trip. It was a fixed rate and I think the price was reasonable. There was a guy waiting for us at the airport when we got there and they picked us up from the hotel on time to head back to the airport. The good thing about the private shuttle is that you don't have stops in between. I would recommend Punta Cana Tourss for your airport shuttle.

I found Punta Cana Tours transportation service friendly, reliable, and extremely accommodating. I missed my flight from Newark, NJ into Santo Domingo. In a panic, I telephoned Punta Cana Tours to let them know that the airline was going to fly me into Puerto Plato. Punta Cana Tourss let me know that my drive from Puerto Plato to the resort in La Romana would be a 6 hour drive, (I wish that the airline would have told me that!) I told Punta Cana Tours that I would call back and let them know where I would be landing. I was able to get on a flight into Punta Cana, but unable to call Punta Cana Tours and let them know until I was in the baggage claim area in Punta Cana Airport. Once I called Punta Cana Tours, my driver was there looking for me with a sign within 15 minutes. Just needed to write this review to let everyone know that Punta Cana Tours has friendly drivers, clean vehicles, and customer service you can depend on no matter what happens! Having recently returned from Punta Cana- thank goodness- I will tell you about the transfers in the Dominican Republic. The airport arrival is pretty smooth and they are very efficient about getting luggage out quickly. After that begins the chaos. There are local taxi drivers, bellman, luggage carriers, etc all over you in the airport after you retrieve your bags. If you can avoid all this and use a private company- do it. Punta Cana Tours has clean mini vans to service all hotels in Punta Cana. Our driver was very pleasant waiting for us with a sign just outside the baggage claim area. His van was clean and he delivered us in a timely manner. The pick up was verified when he dropped us off at our hotel which I liked. The price is not a great savings over a taxi- maybe $5.00, but worth not having to deal with the language barrier and unknown of the taxi's abilities to understand you. I would recommend Punta Cana Tours to anyone looking for private car to and from the airport.

We did not have to drop anyone else off, it was just us. It was very convenient and quick and reasonably priced. The employees are also very friendly. Just a quick review to say that the service for four trips now has been flawless, even when one of our flights was delayed. We, three of us, heartily recommend Punta Cana Tour for airport transportation to and from the hotel. We have not booked a tour so we cannot address that aspect of their business. But the drivers and folks involved with setting up our pickup at the airport and at the hotel have been courteous, friendly, and responsible.

À notre arrivée, le chauffeur nous attendait à l'endroit convenu à l'avance, arborant la traditionnelle pancarte avec notre nom en gras ;-) Un minibus exclusif nous a conduit à bon port. Pour le retour, le chauffeur était arrivé à l'hôtel 15 minutes avant l'heure prévue ! En résumé, une agence hautement recommandée !!! P.S. : Un service de transfert organisé par l'hôtel était disponible pour 15 dollars par personne et par trajet, ce qui aurait représenté un total de 180 dollars (une arnaque). Le tarif que nous avons payé pour 6 personnes avec Punta Cana Tours, aller et retour, était de 70 dollars !!! Faites votre choix...

I have used this company for transfers between Punta Cana airport and our resort. They were always reliable, courteus and on time. It is a good option for private transfer, especially if you have a lot of luggage, saves you some time over big buses that stop in many resorts on the way to yours.

Me encontré con Punta Cana Tours a través de Tripadvisor. Tení­an crí­ticas fenomenales! No podrí­amos haber estado más contentos con el resultado. Ellos estaban allí­ cuando llegamos al aeropuerto una hora antes de lo previsto y estaban sosteniendo un cartel con nuestro nombre en ella. Tuvimos nuestra propia furgoneta y nos dejaron en el hotel rápidamente. Punta Cana Tours took care of our transfers from the airport in Punta Cana. They were waiting for us on time at the airport and hotel. We thought it was a fair price, and our driver was very nice and drove very safely! I emailed the company several times and they always got back to me right away. That was my first sign they would be great to work with! I will ABSOLUTELY use their service again, and would highly recommend them!

Booking the shuttle online was a cinch and very seamless. Our flight into Punta Cana was 25 minutes early. Regardless of arrival time, I thought the driver would frequently check the flight status. Unfortunately, I dont think that was the case since he was not at the airport to greet us with a sign. We were constantly being asked by other transportation providers if we needed a ride but we said ours was coming. After about 15 minutes and still no ride; I called the emergency number on the confirmation email I received after booking (TIP: definitely have that number with you.) A very friendly agent picked up after a few rings and immediately contacted the driver. Within 2 minutes, he pulled up in a white van and helped us load our luggage. During the phone conversation; I asked to change our return pick up time and the agent was very helpful in allowing us to do so. For the return, a driver pulled up in a very clean black SUV (Chevy Tahoe, maybe?) It was a pleasant surprise ending to our stay and the driver was professional and punctual. I highly recommend Punta Cana Tours and will personally use them again when in the Caribbean.

The rate provided by Punta Cana Tours for private roundtrip transportation was only $4 more than it would have been for a round trip taxi ride. All other services wanted double what CD was asking. Upon exiting the airport our driver was holding the CD sign and confirmed our identity. We were promptly escorted to an air conditioned van and efficiently driven to our hotel. Upon departure we were picked up right on time and, again, departed in a new model van with the AC blaring. My wife and I had to change dates/times for pickups as airlines delayed us for a day. This was completed with one simple phone call. If traveling to Punta Cana I would only choose PCT for transportation

We have been using Punta Cana Tours for a few times, this time (Dec. 2015) we were picked up at the Punta Cana airport a few minutes late for the first time, that's ok, no big deal, the driver was right on time at the resort for the way back home. We stayed at Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana, great rooms, great service, the entertainment team is awesome, we highly recommend Punta Cana Tours and Secrets Royal Beach.

They were late picking us up at the airport, which was stressful but they made up for it when I booked our ride back on the wrong day, and when the hotel called, they picked us up and got us to the airport just in time for our flight. They could have made us catch a taxi, but we arrived there, safe and sound.

It was challenging to find a car service from the airport to the resort that wasn't priced over $300.00 for the 6 of us. Punta Cana airport transfer pricing was 1/2 of everything else. New vehicles, clean and picked up on time. Highly recommend.

My wife and I used Punta Cana Tours for a hotel transfer to the Gran Bahia Principe on 12 Feb 2012. Even though our flight was almost 90 minutes late, the driver was still there waiting for us just as planned. Transfer was quick and easy. Will definitely use this service again.

First, we booked an airport transfer back in February for a trip in late May. My flights were changed, so I emailed Punta Cana Tours to see if I could change pickup. Almost immediately I got an email back with my new pickup itinerary. When we arrived in Dominican, the driver was right there waiting for us. Van was clean and comfortable, driver was friendly. Same with the trip home! Very pleased. We did the Buggies and Hoyo Azul tour. AWESOME! The buggies far exceeded our expectations. It was a nice long ride, the stops were amazing, and the guides were friendly. We then had a nice lunch, buffet style, of hamburgers, hotdogs, salads, etc. Then we got ready for the Hoyo Azul tour. The guide was very funny and the walk took about 15 minutes. We got to enjoy swimming the the water for about an hour. We were very happy with this excursion. Later in the week we did the exclusive Punta Cana cruise. Despite the extremely loud and obnoxious other tourists on the trip, we had an amazing time. We snorkeled at two stops (one stop we saw a huge stingray). We had a very beautiful and tasty lunch at a beach stop. The food was served family style which was very fun. The ecological reserve was also a very great place, the water cold and refreshing. I had no problems with this tour company, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is traveling to the Dominican Republic!

My wife and I used Punta Cana Tours Shuttle services for our honeymoon and are very pleased with the service! They were at the airport waiting for us when we arrived with a sign, and gave us a pick up time to get back to the airport for departure. They were on time and got us to the airport with plenty of time to get through customs and security. We were the only two in the vehicle with the driver and didn't make any additional stops. The shuttle was comfortable and suited our needs just fine!

We used Punta Cana Tours for our transport to and from the airport. They were there waiting for us at the airport and promptly at our hotel for our pick-up. My husband forgot his jacket in the van on the way to the hotel with his phone and car keys in the pocket!!! They were kind enough to hold onto it for a week and get it to us upon pick up. Drivers were very friendly and if you are a Red Sox fan it makes for good conversation! Definitely worth the money.

We were 2 couples who needed round trip transportation from Punta Cana airport to Grand Bahia Principe resort. We found the car clean and well maintained and our drivers were friendly and professional. They made both the start and end of our time in Punta Cana a positive experience. It was great! They had someone waiting there with a sign with our name on it. They loaded up our luggage and we were on our way to our resort! We did not have to drop anyone else off, it was just us. It was very convenient and quick and reasonably priced. The employees are also very friendly.

After a long flight, complete with delays, from Chicago, we arrive at PUJ for a much needed vacation. Going though security and immigration in the airport was a real pain. My suitcase had been gone through and a wheel on my bag was busted off. All I wanted to do was get to my hotel, and so far, this trip wasn't starting out well. After leaving the security area, we were greeted by a nice man (I forgot his name) that was ready and waiting to take us to our hotel. There were what seemed like a sea of taxi drivers all vying for our business. I was very glad I had pre-arranged to be picked up by Punta Cana Tours. They were courteous,very nice, and helpful as they took my wife's and my luggage and helped us into the van. I was impressed. The van was clean, nice and comfortable and our driver was very helpful and informative on our drive to the hotel. Later that week, we also booked a tour to Isla Saona through Punta Cana Tours. Again, they were fast, prompt, and very professional. The trip to Isla Saona is something not to be missed. What started off as a less than perfect trip, ended in a very enjoyable vacation. The airport and hotel transfer was timely and professional. All of the excursion pick-ups were timely and the tarzan swing was awesome!

We used Puntacana Tours Transfer for our round trip from the airport to our hotel . When making arrangements, Garry was always quick to respond. When we arrived the driver was there with a sign with our name on it. While at the hotel I emailed Garry letting him know what time we would like to be picked up for our return and he responded with a confirmation immediately. They day we were leaving the driver was waiting for us and even arrived early. Overall, loved the efficiency of this company and would definitely use them again.

La réservation s'est effectuée simplement en ligne, avec une confirmation presque immédiate. Le chauffeur nous attendait comme convenu à l'aéroport lors de notre arrivée et à l'heure prévue à notre hôtel avant notre départ. Le paiement du transport s'est effectué à notre arrivée à Punta Cana. Nous avons également réservé une excursion (île Saona) via le site internet. Là encore, aucun problème, le bus devait venir nous chercher à 7h20, il a eu un léger retard et nous avons été immédiatement informés. Rien à redire, service impeccable.

We went on a trip to the DR, we stayed at the Majestic Elegance and we booked a private transfer with Punta CAna Tours to the resort. The service was great we thank Jeff for his professionalism, they are always available on their emergency contact number, bus was there waiting for us when our flight was 2 hours late. Just returned from 2 week private stay in PUJ & had the honor of meeting and working with Mr. Garry Muzeau and Punta Cana Tours. This was the best transfer we have ever had, and we've had a few. As quickly as we could get to our bags, we were on our way. With our stay being private and not at a resort, the driver had no problem with a pre-arranged stop at the grocery, where another member of the team met with us and actually helped us with our shopping! We were the only people on the transfer, so, there was no stopping at multiple resorts, with 5 different couples in the van, just us, and in my opinion there is nothing worse than watching other people starting their vacation while you're still sitting in a van. Everyone in the company was respectful, courteous, and most important on time. You would be crazy to travel to PUJ and not use Garry and his company. Garry, my friend, you are the best!

The driver was waiting with a sign outside baggage claims and the van was clean and air-conditioned. The departure pickup was right on time. Smooth and efficient. We would not hesitate to use Punta Cana Tours on future trip.

Just as advertised, our driver was waiting for us upon our arrival with our name on a placard and he was on time for picking us up to take us back to the airport. Trip to and from the airport to the Barcelo Bavaro Beach was about 25-30 minutes each way.

Envié un correo electrónico Garry de Punta Cana Tours diciendo que nuestro vuelo todaví­a estaba programado y me respondió muy rápidamente diciendo que iban a recogernos desde el Lobby del hotel a la hora indicada. Sabí­a que nuestro vuelo estaba programado, pero aún no sabí­a el tiempo. Toco que en el aeropuerto un par de veces y alrededor de una hora antes de nuestro transporte se suponí­a que nos recogiera me enteré de que nuestro vuelo se retrasó por cerca de 3-4 horas. Llamé a Garry y organizamos una hora de recogida, que coincidió con mi nuevo tiempo de vuelo. Mi nivel de estrés y luego bajó por una enorme cantidad el ahorro de 5-6 horas en el aeropuerto de Punta Cana no habrí­a sido el más grande. En cambio, pasamos ese tiempo tomando unos tragos en el lobby del hotel ..... una experiencia mucho más agradable. Punta Cana Tours fue eficiente, muy servicial, agradable y una excelente relación calidad-precio. Los recomiendo 100%.

We were a ble to enjoy our first trip to Punta Cana knowing that we had a proffessional, safe and friendly driver (Garry) transporting us from the airport and then back again. I was told by a co-worker before arriving to Punta Cana it would be a good idea to book a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. You can get a taxi from the airport, but for our first trip there we figured it would be helpful to not have to worry about this portion of the trip. I came across Dreams Caribbean through Trip Advisor. They had great reviews!!! We couldn't have been happier with the outcome. They were there when we arrived to the airport an hour earlier than expected and were holding a sign with our name on it. We had our own van and he got us to the hotel in quick time. When it was time to leave they were at the hotel on time. We spent $80 round trip and gave tips to the drivers. I would highly recommend their services and they were very professional and efficient. We plan on going back next year and will absolutely use their services again!!!

It was very easy to find them at airport and left immediately. Van was air conditioned and we paid for private transfers. They were on time for return trip. It was very easy and I would use them every time.

Su precio era justo y tuvimos un traslado privado. We traveled to Punta Cana and used Caribbean Dream for transport from and to our hotel from the airport. What a good experience that was! The pick up and arrival went without incident, the drivers were extra nice, the vehicles were incredible! Why haggle with cabs when you can use these folks at a very fair price? I would for sure use them again!

We used PCT for our hotel transfer and 2 excursions: Marinarium & Saona Island. We were greeted by a friendly staff member at the airport and had a nice ride to our hotel. The shuttle transfers from the resort are reasonable in length, the length of the excursion was perfect and all the staff were really friendly, all making this very enjoyable! We would definitely do it again!

My husband and I used Punta Cana Tours to go from the airport to our resort in Punta Cana, and back. They were awesome! The airport in Punta Cana can be very overwhelming with so many vendors all looking to give you a ride. Our driver was right where he said he would be, and was quick to grab our bags and show us to the shuttle. It was raining outside so he gave us an umbrella to use as we walked to the vehicle. He was quick to load things up and get going. It is a private shuttle so we had lots of space to spread out and didn't have to talk over anyone. He was good company and courteous to give us time to talk to one another. The driver we had on the way back was early to arrive at our resort and showed the same courtesy and care as the first one. Both vehicles were very clean and well kept. This company was amazing and if we ever go back they are the only ones I would use! They made believers out of both of us!

We had a pickup time of 1:45pm, we arrive in lobby at 1:47 only to be told the driver called out our name and we didn’t come so he left!!!! Amazing he couldn’t wait more than 2 minutes...not worth $40! Fortunately the attendant was able to call the number on my voucher since it was now only 1:50 they sent another bus for the 2 of us. Thankfully we made our flight! It is too bad our because our drop off from airport was a great private drive!
