Overall a good experience. We used them to transport us from the airport to our resort and then back after our vacation. The paperwork said they would meet us in the terminal upon arrival. They didn't. We actually had to ask somebody to help us locate them once we were outside the terminal. We probably had to wait 20 or 30 minutes for our ride, even though we had scheduled it. On the way from the resort back to the airport, things were more like what we had expected.
